Tracy K. Baker

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Tracy is the glue that helps connect operational efficiency to our client-focused service model. You’ve heard the phrase “jack of all trades and master of none” — in Tracy’s case, she is the jack and the master of countless functions at Prosperity Advisory Group. Depending on the day, this includes workflow management, client service, insurance and annuity processing, compliance, marketing and staffing. In addition, Tracy works closely with John in preparing financial plans and investment research. She holds the Series 6, 63 and SIE licenses. In addition to holding the New York State insurance license for Life, Accident and Health, she is a notary public.

Tracy began her career in financial services in 2006. Throughout her career, her financial services industry skills and experience have grown in the areas of sales, service, hiring, training, operations and compliance. Tracy obtained the foundation of her training and experience at industry-leading organizations including Chase Bank, MetLife, Citizens Bank and Combined Life Insurance of New York. Her roles ranged from Sales and Service Associate, Personal Banker, Small Business Specialist, Lead Teller, Financial Advisor and Life, Health and Accident Insurance Agent. Tracy joined the KM Investments team in 2014 as the Client Service Coordinator and trained directly with John and the firm founder, Kathryn Meredith. She attended Finger Lakes Community College and Daemen College where she studied Applied Sciences.

Currently residing in Webster with her husband Jim and their daughter Shyloh, Tracy and her family enjoy spending time with Cooper, their black Lab/shepherd mix. In her free time, you can find Tracy relaxing with her family and friends, hiking, fishing, kayaking or on a nice quiet morning run.
