As the newest member of our team, Tiana joined the firm in 2021 as the Director of Office Administration. She plays an integral part in assisting the team with providing concierge-level services to our clients. Tiana strives to reinforce a best-in-class experience by establishing a friendly and efficient office atmosphere.

Dedicated to leaving a positive impact on those she encounters, Tiana comes to us bearing several Customer Service, Employee of the Month and Success Story awards. She has diverse experience that includes multiple role advancements at CFCU Community Credit Union, and Branch Administrator at ADMAR Supply. Tiana earned her BFA with honors in Advertising Photography with a Concentration in Psychology from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Besides taking photographs Tiana finds joy spending time in nature (fishing, ice fishing, nature walks, camping, etc.), tending her many plants, crafting, dancing, and exploring new experiences. She also enjoys advocating for Central New York Spay and Neuter Assistant Program (CNY SNAP), a no-kill cat rescue in her hometown of Cortland, NY, and donating blood to the American Red Cross. Tiana and her husband Tyler live in Canadice with their pets Tullah (Chesapeake Bay Retriever), Filomina (Sugar Glider), and Thea (Black Rescue Cat).
