As Client Service Coordinator, Martha serves as an integral support to our clients’ needs. She is responsible for preparing and processing account paperwork, helping with client service requests and preparing client summaries. Martha is an expert in attention to detail and passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients.

Martha joined the team in 2022. Before taking time focusing on her family and raising her children, she served as a Care Coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Association. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. John Fisher in 2007.

Martha loves spending time with her husband and four children. They enjoy being outdoors, kayaking in the warm season and skiing in the cold. They are most excited about their newest additions to the family, two Husky Shepherd puppies, which they adore.
