As Director of Client Service, Alyssa is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the concierge-level of service they deserve. She specializes in transforming information into action. This includes supporting clients in setting up new accounts, asset/money transfers and insurance applications. In addition, Alyssa is an Investment Advisor Representative.  In this role, she works closely with John to prepare and review clients’ financial plans and investment strategies.

Alyssa joined the team in 2018. She has over five years of financial services industry experience and over 8 years of experience in client service. Before joining our team, she worked in retail banking management. Alyssa is proud of earning her Master of Science in Management with a 4.0 GPA average at Keuka College. She holds her Series 65 license.

Spending time with family and friends is important to Alyssa. She and her boyfriend, Marvin, enjoy taking walks with their dog, Jax. They enjoy trying new restaurants, going to Canandaigua Lake and watching the Bills during football season.
